Check-in rooms not included. ROOM RESERVATION FEES Participants who opt to check-in at Island Cove Hotel and Leisure Park must confirm reservations by filling up the form provided or through the online registration. Allotted rooms discounted rates are for fifty (50) persons only - on a first come, first served basis, so it is encouraged to reserve early. Regular room rates apply if all allotted rooms have been reserved. (Workshop participants are encouraged to check-in on November 18, 2015 at the venue for the probability of extended workshop hours. Listed below are the three (3) types of room with discounted prices. All have breakfast for two (2) persons.

PAYMENT METHOD Early bird convention registration fees are payable through PALA's BDO Current Account on or before October 16, 2015. Account Name: Philippine Association of Landscape Architects Account Number: 1208000531 Please notify the PALA NatCon 2015 Finance Head if payment has been made by sending a copy of the receipt with written name of participant through email ([email protected]). You may bring the deposit slip on the day itself for issuance of receipt. CANCELLATIONS / CHANGES / REFUNDS Fees for lost kits and missed meals due to late arrival will not be refunded. Registration fees will be refunded if cancellation or change resulting in a refund is received in writing no later than the following dates:
After the said date, all fees are non-refundable. All refunds will be processed after the National Convention 2015. Substitutions are allowed at no charge. |
